SPORTi5.store operates on a Print-on-Demand model for customized sports jerseys. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, and customized jerseys require 2–4 business days for production.
Delivery within India is estimated at 3–7 business days post-dispatch. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch.
Address changes are permitted only before production begins. SPORTi5 Networks Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or government restrictions.
Returns and Refund Policy
SPORTi5.store operates on a Print-on-Demand model for all customized sports jerseys. Because every jersey is made specifically as per your instructions (team, name, number, design, etc.), returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, size, or color preferences.
We accept returns or refunds only in these cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during transit
- Incorrect item delivered (wrong team, size, or design as per your confirmed order)
How to Report an Issue:
- Please check your package immediately upon delivery.
- Report any defect, damage, or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery (we recommend reporting as soon as possible).
- Send clear photos or a short video along with your Order ID to support@sporti5.store or WhatsApp +91 94925 49492.
Once we review and approve your request, we will arrange a replacement or full refund. For approved cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the return shipping cost.
Important Notes:
- Minor color variations due to screen/display settings are not considered defects.
- Size exchanges are not permitted unless the delivered product differs from the confirmed order specifications.
- We are not responsible for design errors (spelling mistakes, low-quality images, etc.) provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
At SPORTi5.store, all products are custom-made on a Print-on-Demand basis. Because each jersey is personalized as per your instructions, we have a limited cancellation window.
Cancellation Window:
- You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started.
- We recommend requesting cancellation as early as possible.
After the Cancellation Window:
- Once 6 hours have passed or once production begins (whichever is earlier), cancellation is not permitted.
- Production usually starts within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
How to Cancel Your Order:

- Please include your Order ID in the request.
Refund Process:
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We will send you an email or WhatsApp notification once your order enters the production stage, after which no further cancellations or changes will be possible.

4 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and verification. SPORTi5 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
5 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, and orders will be processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
In the event of pricing errors or system discrepancies, SPORTi5 reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
