Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Production takes 2–4 business days, and delivery within India is 3–7 business days post-dispatch. Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp.

All products are customized and non-returnable/non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

Modifications are allowed within 1 hour of payment. After this or once production begins, changes are not permitted.

Payments are processed via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets).

Cancellations are allowed within 1 hour of payment only. After that or once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
