SPORTi5.store operates on a Print-on-Demand model for all customized sports jerseys. Because every jersey is made specifically as per your instructions (team, name, number, design, etc.), returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, size, or color preferences.

We accept returns or refunds only in these cases:

• Manufacturing defects
• Damage during transit
• Incorrect item delivered (wrong team, size, or design as per your confirmed order)

How to Report an Issue:

• Please check your package immediately upon delivery.
• Report any defect, damage, or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery (we recommend reporting as soon as possible).
• Send clear photos or a short video along with your Order ID to support@sporti5.store or WhatsApp +91 94925 49492.

Once we review and approve your request, we will arrange a replacement or full refund. For approved cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the return shipping cost.

Important Notes:

• Minor color variations due to screen/display settings are not considered defects.
• Size exchanges are not permitted unless the delivered product differs from the confirmed order specifications.
• We are not responsible for design errors (spelling mistakes, low-quality images, etc.) provided by the customer.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines (for your reference):

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
• Production: 2–4 business days
• Delivery within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch (Free Shipping)
• Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch.

Address changes are allowed only before production begins. SPORTi5 Networks Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
