Most orders reach customers within 7–14 business days from the date of order. Tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once dispatched.

All jerseys are custom-made as per your instructions, so returns are not accepted for change of mind, size, or color preferences. We accept returns or refunds only for manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect item delivered. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours with clear photos or a short video to support@sporti5.store or WhatsApp +91 94925 49492. Approved cases will be replaced or refunded after we review the proof.
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided production has not started. Once production begins (usually within 1–2 business days), cancellation or modifications are not possible because the jersey is being custom-printed specifically for you. Yes! We provide Free Shipping on all orders across India. Address changes are allowed only before production starts.

 Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. We do not store your card details.

No. Our jerseys are fan merchandise with generic designs inspired by popular teams. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any IPL franchise or the BCCI.
